B Corpの社会的インパクト評価 - 「Bインパクト・アセスメント」のサンプル訳
先月書いた、『B Corp調査レポート – B Labが提供しているサービスと「相互依存宣言」』というブログ記事では、世界的に大きな潮流となっている「B Corporation（B Corp)」認定を実施している団体「B Lab」が提供しているサービスの全体的な概要を書きました。また、B Labの「相互依存宣言: デクラレーション・オブ・インターディペンダンス」を自分なりに訳してみました。
そして今回は、B Corpの推進している価値観をもっと深く知りたかったので、B LabがWeb上で提供しているB Corp認定の基盤となる「B Impact Assessment」のサンプル質問集を訳してみました。
正直、企業経営に携わった経験がほぼ皆無の私にとっては、サンプル質問集の4分野--[ガバナンス][従業員][コミュニティー][環境]--のいずれの質問も訳すのが難しいものでした(サンプル質問数はそれぞれ4問、6問、4問、5問です)。財務や環境経営に関する知識が圧倒的に不足しており、質問のポイントを掴めているのか、若干の不安があります。
